1. What this policy covers
Cookies and similar technologies can store information on, or access information from, your browser or device. This policy explains the technologies used by 3B Management Services LTD and the choices available to you. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. Necessary technologies
Necessary technologies support website security, admin authentication and your privacy choices. They do not require an optional Analytics choice where they are genuinely necessary for a service you request or proportionate website security.

3. Google Analytics
This website is prepared to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand basic website usage, such as page views, sessions and the types of devices used to access the site. GA4 only becomes active when a Google Analytics Measurement ID has been configured by us and you choose to allow Analytics in the cookie settings. Until then, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google by this implementation.
We use a basic consent approach. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are disabled, Google Signals is disabled, and this website does not send a user ID or custom advertising events. We manually measure page views and configure Analytics cookies to expire after 90 days without extending that expiry on each page load.

4. Advertising and marketing technologies
We do not intentionally use Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing or another advertising tracker through this website. The GA4 implementation is configured with advertising and personalisation signals off. If this changes, we will update this policy and the consent choices before enabling non-essential marketing or advertising technologies.
5. External media
The Contact page and individual Property Details pages can display Google Maps. Embedded maps are blocked by default and are only loaded after you allow External media. You can instead open a map in a new browser tab without enabling the embedded map on our page.
6. Changing or withdrawing your choice
Optional Analytics and embedded External media are off by default. You can allow or reject them independently and change your decision at any time. If you withdraw Analytics permission, this website disables Analytics and attempts to remove its first-party _ga cookies from this site.
7. Browser controls
You can also delete stored website data or block technologies through your browser. Blocking necessary authentication or security technologies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
